Bab is an astrology, reflection, and entertainment app. This policy explains what information Bab may collect, how it is used, and how users can contact us about privacy requests.

Information Bab may collect

• Account details, such as login information and account identifiers.
• Birth profile details, including name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, astrology system, language preference, and notification preference.
• Chart information, including calculated planets, houses, aspects, chart patterns, and compatibility notes.
• Saved reflections and saved private people added by the user.
• Ask Bab questions and responses when AI features are used.
• Subscription status, purchase entitlement, and app usage needed to provide paid features.
• Device and diagnostic information needed to run, secure, and improve the app.

How Bab uses information

Bab uses information to create personalized readings, calculate charts, save reflections, support private compatibility features, provide Ask Bab answers, manage subscriptions, send requested notifications, improve the app, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.

AI features

If a user asks a question in Ask Bab, Bab may send the question and relevant chart context to an AI service so the app can respond. Users should not enter emergency, medical, legal, financial, or highly sensitive information into Ask Bab.

Saved people

For the first release, saved people are private entries created by the user inside their own account. Bab should not make saved people public or contact them automatically.

Sharing

Bab may share information with service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting, database, analytics, AI, notification, customer support, and subscription providers. Bab does not sell personal birth chart information.
